Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Services

Berry Health offers subscription-based membership services. Upon completing your health profile and being charged, you gain access to our services, which include physician consultations, personalized medication plans, and ongoing online support through our platform.

Results from compounded medications are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual adherence to the program and your physician’s recommendations.

If you are medically disqualified by one of our licensed providers, you are eligible for a full refund of all charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Berry Health subscription at any time. To cancel, contact us at hello@berryhealth.com or through your patient portal.

Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice before your next billing date. If a cancellation request is received fewer than 72 hours before the billing date, you will be charged for the upcoming billing cycle, and cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle.

Your access to Berry Health services will remain active through the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in cases where a Berry Health medical provider determines that you are medically disqualified from receiving treatment. In such cases, you will receive a refund for remaining charges.

In no event shall you be issued a refund upon cancellation of the subscription services, except in cases of medical disqualification as described above.

Under federal law, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed. Refund requests apply only to the most recent billing cycle.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your medications immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@berryhealth.com as soon as possible.

  • Damaged medications: We will arrange a replacement upon receiving evidence of damage (photo or description).
  • Incorrect medications: If you receive the wrong medication, our pharmacy partner will send the correct item promptly.

Your Berry Health membership covers physician consultations, provider reviews, pharmacy-fulfilled medications, care support, and 24/7 access to our patient support team. Specific covered services may vary by plan.

What happens if I’m determined to be ineligible?

If a licensed provider determines you are not eligible for treatment, your subscription will be cancelled and you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team at hello@berryhealth.com for any concerns.

This policy is governed by Berry Health’s Terms & Conditions. Members remain responsible for any fees associated with healthcare services already rendered.
