Berry Health respects your privacy, and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect on the Platform, in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and us, and when you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by any third-party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from the Platform.

Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses) if you contact us are maintained. Search queries on the Platform are tracked.

As you navigate through and interact with our Platform, we may use automatic data tracking technologies to collect information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including details of your visits, traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data. Berry Health encourages you to read the privacy statements of linked websites you visit. Berry Health does not control and is not responsible for what third parties do in connection with their websites or how they handle your personal information.

VIII. No Services to Persons Under 18

Berry Health does not knowingly provide services to minors under 18.

IX. California Resident Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides you with additional rights regarding your Personal Information. Your privacy rights under the CCPA do not apply to all information we collect — for example, the CCPA does not apply to PHI governed by HIPAA or medical information governed by the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (“CMIA”).
